Our Goals
The Arise Retreat cultivates a very special environment for mindset shift towards personal development, self-love, and happiness. Wellness activities, free time, and relaxation will be integral part of the retreat, so that you can also recharge and leave truly refreshed.
Our overarching goals are to:
- Gather tools for success
- Find ease and comfort within your body
- Explore spirituality and deep consciousness
- Learn to live in the present moment
We want the Arise Retreat to be a unique learning experience for all of us. If you simply want to relax and party and Tulum, this might not be the one for you!
Our retreat includes transformative workshops that invite introspection and healing, as well as excursions in nature to fully detach from the rest of the world.
Our Values
Integrity and empathy
Our community is rooted in mutual respect and understanding, two essential qualities for growth. When we can freely express ourselves, we better appreciate what is holding us back and what can empower us to move forward.
Positivity
Studies have shown that positive thinking boosts the immune system, reduces anxiety, and triggers positive emotions such as joy, contentment, and love. Whilst leaving room for full-spectrum feelings, the Arise Retreat activates the best version of ourselves through a carefully crafted programme.
Life-long learning
We can approach our daily lives with a fixed or growth mindset. We encourage our community to embrace challenges, persists in the face of difficulties, pursue effort as the path to mastery, and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others.
Sustainability
Working on ourselves and contributing to global transformation is only meaningful if we are able to able to maintain such a process over time. We provide valuable tools to sustain personal growth beyond the Arise Retreat. Our activities and partners are selected with a conscious assessment of our environmental impact.
Inclusion
It is our utmost priority to make each member of our community feel welcome and provide equal access to opportunities and resources. More than an ad-hoc experience, we aim to build long-lasting connections and a network of like-minded global dreamers.
